Identify and categorise all your stakeholders so you have the right team in place before starting out on the evaluation process.

Engage your stakeholders through surveys, interviews or focus groups to get their insights on your initiative’s purpose and the evaluation itself.

Step 3
Clearly communicate the evaluation’s purpose and get stakeholder feedback on your priorities and concerns.
